Foundation Subject Leadership- is supported through regular staff meetings and CPD, ensuring the ongoing development and refinement of the curriculum across all foundation subjects. High standards are maintained through a structured approach to monitoring, including book scrutinies, pupil voice activities, and Academy Head lesson drop-ins. Together, these strategies enable effective evaluation of teaching and learning, inform responsive curriculum development, and ensure consistency and progression within our school context.
